		<description>The so-called &quot;green&quot; concept means whatever it is defined to mean.  Hydroelectric power is renewable power whose source is solar.  It releases no carbon into the atmosphere, and has very minimal environmental impact.  A lake habitat is just as &#039;green&#039; as a valley habitat, it&#039;s just different.  &#039;Green&#039; is mostly a political buzzword and bully club, and is often used to distort even environmental issues.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
